Working with Akzonobel in creating a suite of literature for employees and team leaders on personal development planning.

Brief from HR Communications client to redesign a Line Manager, employee engagement guide previously worked on by another design agency. 

The objective of the guide was to help managers explain review process and encourage employees to engage with their review process.

Client provided previous agencies work on the guide.

Suggesting changes to the emphasis to make is a shorter, more direct style and evidence based “Features of a good team” and “your” place in it. Pulling out the key messages for the busy management audience worked in creating an easy to read and quick to understand guide for team managers.
